By Chris BuescherThe number one thing you need to keep in mind when preparing for a summer game is how much your body needs.

The average NHL player will play about three games a week, but it’s the extra few games you play each week that’s critical.

It’s the amount of time you spend in the gym or the rink that can make or break your game.

The amount of ice you play on is important, too.

The bigger the rink, the bigger the number of hours you need in the ice.

For the best hockey players, the amount you spend is dictated by how many games they play per week.

If you play four games per week, your body will need about 15 hours of ice a week.

That’s the same as two weeks of daily workouts.

And the more games you do per week that equals more ice per day.

But the best players can spend an extra 20 hours a week on ice.

The average NHL game lasts between two and four hours.

That means you need about 30 minutes to do everything you need for a game.

That time can be spent in the game or on the ice, but the best ice-time players will spend their time in the arena, getting ready for the game.

The best players have great hands.

They’re good skaters.

They have great stickhandling skills.

And they have great hockey sense.

They also have good vision, because their eyes are in the right place.

But most of all, they have excellent hockey sense, which allows them to play in the zone, find the puck and make plays that aren’t necessarily expected.

They have great balance and agilityIn order to maximize your ice time, you need balance.

It helps to have good balance, so your hands and feet aren’t too far apart.

The more balance you have, the more opportunities you have to make plays.

That helps you to get a shot on net, and also allows you to make the right pass in the neutral zone or the net.

And because you’re skating the puck in the corners, you can also create space for your teammates.

The goal is to make good decisions when skating.

And as long as you don’t make a bad one, you’ll make a good one.

If there’s a rush and you’re getting pulled up, don’t rush the puck or get distracted.

Just try to keep the puck down, stay low and find a teammate.

If that fails, just keep going and keep making good decisions.

It helps to make a pass on the rushThe most important decision a goalie has to make when he gets into the game is to be smart and make the correct pass.

There are many reasons why a goalie can make a poor decision.

Some goalies are good with the puck, some have great vision, some are good at controlling the puck while it’s in their zone, and some are simply good in their own zone.

However, the most important factor is the decision-making aspect of the game and the one that will affect how many goals a goalie will give up.

The goalie should always be smart.

He should make the best decision for the situation at hand.

A goal-less game gives a goalie a chance to make bad decisions, and he will get in trouble if he doesn’t.

If the game goes on for a long time and the goalie gets the puck too much, then you know he has the wrong decision.

When it comes to getting a shot, you have two options: make a play or make a save.

It is extremely important to make an easy save.

Make a good save is one of the most difficult things you will ever do in hockey.

The only way you’ll be successful in your goal-keeping job is if you do everything in your power to make every single shot save.

You have to have great technique and feel for the puck.

But if you’re making a lot of errors, then the chances of making a good shot are slim to none.

The most effective save you can make is a perfect one.

A goalie should be confident with his decision and make it in the moment.

If a goalie makes a great save, then he should be credited with a goal and the team should go on to win the game for the winning team.

If he makes a bad save, the team loses the game as well.

It also gives the team the opportunity to go on a scoring spree or score some goals.

When you make a great one, it shows the goalie what he should do and what he shouldn’t do.

That gives the goalie confidence and it allows the team to go in the direction they want to go.

It doesn’t hurt if you make the save at the right time.

The goalie should make an excellent one because he has good decision-makers around him and because he’s making the right decision.

He has to be quick to reactWhen you’re playing for a good team, it’s important that you make sure you’re always in the
