Greyhound buses are expected to run on Saturday and Sunday for a total of 1,719 routes.
This is a new schedule for the year.
It is the first time since the Greyhound Bus Corporation of America (GBCOA) announced in January that it would reduce the number of buses that could operate on its route network to six routes, starting May 31.
Greyhound buses will also no longer be allowed to operate on the East Coast and Northeast coasts of the United States, as well as in Canada, as a result of the new schedule.
However, the company will continue to operate the Greyhounds service in other areas, including in the southern part of the U.S. for the first six weeks of this month.
The service, which began operating in 2005, is a major tourist attraction, with some 6,000 people a day traveling between the two cities.
Greyhounds are also known for their excellent service, and it’s unclear whether the change to schedule will lead to an increase in the number or number of passengers on the buses.
The new schedule will be in place until May 31 at the earliest.
